Shipping Policy
Svasti currently ships orders across the United Arab Emirates only. International delivery will be added later.
Order processing
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (launches, holidays, sale days) this can take a bit longer.
Delivery time inside UAE
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 1–3 working days
to major cities. Remote areas might require extra transit time depending on the courier.
Shipping fees
Shipping charges (and any free–shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout before payment.
Rates may change based on promotions, courier updates, or fuel surcharges.
Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a tracking link once your parcel
leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated for 3+ working days,

Missed deliveries & returns to sender
If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts or incorrect address details,
the parcel may be returned to us. Once received, we can re-ship (additional shipping fee may apply)
or process a store credit according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Address changes
Address updates are only possible before the order is dispatched.
Once the courier has picked up the parcel, rerouting options depend on their rules
and might not always be available.
Note: Working days mean Sunday–Thursday in the UAE (excluding public holidays).
