Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to make returns simple, transparent, and fair. This policy applies to all Svasti purchases made within the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Any item visibly worn, washed, or damaged

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the item must be returned for store credit, and a new order can be placed.

Refund method
All approved returns are refunded as Svasti Store Credit. Store credits never expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or wrong items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Replacement or store credit will be provided after review.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Processing time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 2–4 working days.

Note: Working days are Sunday–Thursday in the UAE (excluding public holidays).
