Terms of Service

1. Company details
Svasti is operated by OPHION FZ LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Svasti / OPHION FZ LLC.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload our systems.

4. Product information
We try to keep product images, descriptions, colors, and sizing information accurate. Small differences in color, fabric behavior, or fit can still occur between screens and real life, and do not count as defects by themselves.

5. Pricing and payment
All prices shown on the Site are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, fees, or offers at any time. Your final payable amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency charges from your side.

6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy products from us. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, for example if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or information is incorrect. If we cancel an order after payment, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.

7. Shipping
Shipping timelines, service areas, and fees are described in our Shipping Policy . Once an order is handed over to the courier, transit and delivery are subject to the courier’s performance and local conditions.

8. Returns and refunds
Our rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in the Returns & Refunds Policy . That policy is part of these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including designs, logos, graphics, text, images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

10. User content
If you send us reviews, messages, images, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, and display that material in connection with Svasti, in any media, subject to applicable privacy and advertising rules.

11. Third-party services
Our Site may link to or integrate with external services (payment gateways, couriers, social platforms). Their terms and privacy rules are separate and outside our control. Your use of those services is at your own discretion.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, data, or business arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we were informed that such loss might occur.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that specific order.

13. No guarantees
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or browser.

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Svasti, OPHION FZ LLC, and our directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute may be handled by the competent courts or authorities in the UAE, subject to applicable jurisdiction rules.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes go live, you accept the updated Terms.
