Our blocks are built from body measurements first, then translated into garment lengths and silhouettes. Use the tables below to match your height and body measurements to our size bands.
- • Tops → choose based on chest / bust.
- • Bottoms → choose based on waist, then confirm your height band.
- • Between sizes → size up for relaxed/boxy, size down for a sharper fit.
Anchor bodies
• Unisex anchor: Size M is built around ~173 cm.
• Women’s anchor: Size M is built around ~165 cm.
All other sizes scale around these anchors in height, chest/bust and waist.
Section 1 — Unisex Sizing (XS–XL)
Used for boxy tees, heavy tees, ribbed tops (non-sculpted), overshirts/shirts, hoodies, joggers, unisex trousers and relaxed denim.
1.1 Unisex Tops & Shirts — Height & Body Measurements
Use this table to lock your core unisex size. This applies across tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and overshirts.

• Pick based on chest for tops.
• Women usually fall into XS / S in unisex sizing. Men usually wear

1.2 Unisex Tees / Hoodies / Sweatshirts — Garment Lengths
Approximate garment lengths for the core unisex tee block. Hoodies and sweats follow similar proportions.

• Body length is measured from shoulder high point to hem — “hits around high hip” on most bodies.
• Short sleeves “hit around mid-bicep” on most people.
• Different tee models can vary ±1 cm from these numbers.
1.3 Unisex Shirts / Overshirts — Garment Lengths
Reference block for pieces like the Friday Shirt, casual shirts and overshirts.

• Body length is measured from shoulder high point to hem and sits around mid-hip on the M anchor body.
• Sleeve length is designed for a clean wrist hit without excess stacking.

Use your body waist and hip to select size. Height bands stay the same as in the unisex tops table.

• Choose size based on waist first, then hip.
• If your waist is between two sizes, size up for a relaxed fit, size down for a sharper fit.
• Inseam is measured from crotch seam to hem. Outseam is measured from waist to hem.
• These blocks give a clean full-length trouser with a light break on the shoe for the M height band.
Section 2 — Women’s Sizing (XS–XL)
Used for women’s fitted tops, sculpted ribbed tops, high-waist trousers, fitted trousers and women’s denim.

2.2 Women’s Tops — Garment Lengths (Fitted / Sculpted)
Used for women-only tops where bust and waist shaping matter.

• Body length is measured from shoulder high point to hem and “sits around the upper hip”.
• Short sleeves are designed to hit around mid-bicep. Long sleeves are designed to finish at the wrist.
• Ribbed / sculpted tops stretch — stay true-to-size for a snug fit, or go down one size for a very fitted look.
2.3 Women’s Bottoms — Trousers / Denim
Used for high-waist trousers, fitted trousers and women’s denim.

• For trousers, choose based on your waist first (especially for high-waist cuts).
• If your hips are wide compared to your waist, size up once.
• Inseam is measured from crotch to hem. Outseam is measured from waist to hem.
• On the 5'5" / 165 cm anchor (Size M), these lengths give a clean ankle-to-full length with a slight break.
